If someone is seriously hurt, very unwell, or in immediate danger, call one of these numbers immediately.

I.Hospital emergency lines

Profiled hospitals with emergency cover.

Large private and public hospitals publish emergency lines and departments. Confirm numbers and hours on each facility page before you rely on them. Ambulances summoned on 1669 may route to the nearest capable hospital — public or private.

II.Dental — not ER

Tooth pain, broken work, after hours.

Dental problems are common among visitors and expats in Pattaya, but most dental clinics are not hospital emergency departments. A cracked crown, abscess, or lost filling is painful — it is still usually a dental logistics problem, not a call to 1669, unless there is uncontrolled bleeding, serious facial trauma, or difficulty breathing.

What to do instead:

  • Weekday daytime — call or walk in to a profiled clinic; many publish hours on their own websites. Start with the dentists index or search the facility map.
  • Evenings and weekends — hours vary by clinic. Some publish extended or daily hours (for example Smile Dental Center and Digital Dental Center list daily schedules on their sites). Confirm by phone before you travel.
  • Severe swelling, fever, or spreading infection — a hospital emergency department may be appropriate for assessment. That is a triage decision, not something this page makes for you. When in doubt, call 1669.

All eight dental profiles are sourced facts pages — addresses, hours where published, languages, and payment mechanics. They are not treatment recommendations. Side-by-side hours and fee transparency: dentist compare § II. Issue I anchor: Thai Smile Dental Clinic.
