Tim and Paemi are the publisher’s visible principals.
They provide publisher-level accountability through TimPaemi. Neither is presented as a doctor, clinician, medical researcher, regulator or provider evaluator, and neither is named as a page author unless that responsibility is explicitly credited.

TimPaemi publishes Pattaya Medical.
TimPaemi is the publisher and TIMPAEMI CO., LTD. is the operating legal entity. The publication identifies that responsibility directly without turning ownership into a personal page byline.
Pattaya Medical does not currently state that it is reader-funded, sponsorship-free, commission-free or free of paid placement. Readers should not infer a funding model that the publication has not publicly documented.

Government registries support registration and bed-count facts. Facility sites support their own contacts, hours and fee tables. One source type is not silently stretched to support a different claim.
