II.What we do with submissions

What happens next.

Every submission is read by the editorial collective. We acknowledge within seven calendar days. If you don't hear back, please email again -- sometimes things slip through filters.

  • Suggestions get added to our internal Issue-II shortlist. We don’t publicly commit to a timeline; each profile is compiled and verified before publication.
  • Corrections are processed against our corrections workflow. Material corrections get a dated entry in the public corrections log.
  • Fact-check requests get a source response within three business days.
  • Press inquiries route to the operator (Tim Paemi, TIMPAEMI Co., Ltd.) when on-the-record comment is appropriate.
III.What you should NOT send

  • Reviews of your own facility. We do not publish operator self-promotion or vendor-supplied reviews. Suggestions are welcome; profiles are compiled by the editors from facility-owned sources.
  • Sales pitches. We do not sell anything and we do not buy anything from vendors who are also covered as facilities.
Privacy. Anything you email us is kept in our normal email retention only as long as needed to handle your request, per the privacy policy. We do not put email addresses on any list, share them with any third party, or sell them. Period.
