We publish corrections in plain sight.
Editorial publications get things wrong. The ones worth reading say so. Here is how we handle errors at Pattaya Medical, and the log of every correction we have made.
If we got something wrong.
Email [email protected] with "Correction:" as the subject line prefix. Tell us:
- The URL of the page where the error is
- What the error is (price, address, language claim, fact, attribution, etc.)
- What the correct information is, with a public source if possible
- Optionally, who you are (we will keep this confidential unless you ask us to credit you)
We acknowledge every correction email within 7 calendar days. If you don't hear back, please email again — sometimes things slip through filters.
What a correction looks like.
We distinguish between three categories of update:
- Routine update. Hours change, a price moves, a new payment method is accepted. We update the page and bump the "last verified" date.
- Correction. A factual error existed in the published page and a reader (or our team) caught it. We update the page, log the correction at the foot of that page with a date, and add an entry below.
- Verdict update. Our verdict on a facility's experience has changed. We update the verdict pill, add a dated note explaining why, and keep the previous verdict visible for transparency in the page's update history.
The log.
Every correction we have published, in reverse chronological order. This page is updated each time a correction lands.
No corrections have been published yet. Issue I went live on 19 May 2026 with three anchor profiles; Issue II expanded the directory to 23 sourced facts profiles, all last verified 31 May 2026. When readers flag errors and we verify them, corrections appear here with dated entries.
