Free, anonymous and paid: three separate questions
Who publishes what about HIV testing.
Free testing depends on who you are and where you test. Anonymous testing is a privacy promise, not a price. Each provider below is shown with exactly what it publishes. Sources checked 22 October 2026.

Shown, not resolved
Where the sources disagree.
- PULSE’s current branch page and an indexed version give different opening times for both Pattaya branches, and two PULSE pages give different phone numbers for North Pattaya.
Source: PULSE Clinic: Branch contacts and hours, Contact page (indexed text) · - PULSE gives 20 minutes for its HIV Combo test and 15 minutes in its BASIC panel table.

Left out on purpose
What we could not confirm.
- A free, anonymous walk-in HIV test in Pattaya for every visitor: no source we checked offers this.
- The HIV-clinic phone and hours at Pattaya Bhattamakun Hospital.
- Who can test free at SWING, including foreigners.
- PULSE totals for a specific Pattaya branch.
We will recheck these sources by 21 November 2026. If you know of an official source we missed, tell us through the corrections page.
01 / Free, anonymous, paid
Three questions with three different answers.
Free testing twice a year is published for Thai nationals under the national health security system; no source we checked extends it to visitors. Anonymous testing is advertised by some services, and anonymous does not mean free. Paid tests are often sold inside a bundle with other infections, so a bundle price is not an HIV-only price.
02 / Before you go
Three questions to ask the service.
- Can I test free here, and do you test foreigners free?
- Do you test without a name or ID?
- What does the visit cost in total, and when is the result ready?
03 / Limits
This page stops at logistics.
We do not advise on test types, testing windows or results. If the possible exposure was in the last 72 hours, PEP is time-sensitive: read the PEP page first.
