The rule, one clinic that names this certificate, and two leads.
The Department of Land Transport sets the requirement; the clinics set their own hours. Only one clinic we checked names the driving-licence certificate. None publishes a price for it. Sources checked 22 October 2026.

Where the sources disagree.
- The DLT renewal checklist says the certificate must be no older than one month. The 2021 regulation lets the certifying doctor set the validity, with one month as the default. We show both and do not turn “one month” into 30 days.

Left out on purpose
What we could not confirm.
- A readable copy of the current certificate form.
- The Bang Lamung land transport office’s own checklist, including whether a car and a motorcycle application each need their own original certificate.
- Whether the office accepts a particular clinic’s certificate: no clinic statement can prove that.
- A Pattaya price for the certificate: none of the providers we checked publishes one.

Check the form and its age with the office first.
The land transport office decides which certificate it accepts. Ask it which form it needs and how old the certificate may be before you book the clinic visit, and keep the certificate’s issue date in mind when you plan the office appointment.
- Does the office need the Medical Council form, and one original per licence type?
- How old may the certificate be on the day you apply?
- At the clinic: is the doctor issuing these certificates in today, what does it cost, and what should you bring?
02 / Limits
This page stops at logistics.
We do not list the conditions the certificate covers or describe the examination: the doctor and the DLT decide those. We publish no price because no provider we checked publishes one.
